Submission Guidelines
Please upload your presentation if you haven't done so yet for better organization. In any case, during the symposium and starting on September 24th, there will be a speakers' area at the venue. We recommend reviewing your oral or video presentation on-site ahead of time. Three tables will be available:
"Speaker Ready Room" To review your presentation and make changes if necessary. "Presentation Upload" To upload your presentation if you haven't been able to do so beforehand. You must upload it at least one day before your talk. "Presentation Upload Last Minute" Presentation uploads 1 hour beforehand. For emergencies only.
ORAL GUIDELINES SUBMISSION
Your presentation should be prepared in 16:9 format and be compatible with Microsoft PowerPoint. If you require any technical assistance or have specific audio-visual needs, feel free to contact us in advance.
Please remember that at least the presenting author must be registered for IFNS 2025 in order to present. If you have not registered yet, you may do so here: REGISTER.
Please, if you would like to upload your presentation materials, use the following Drive link: [FILE UPLOADING]. Within the folder, you will find separate subfolders organized by presentation format (e.g., oral communications, poster presentations, etc.). Kindly place your files in the appropriate folder and ensure they are correctly named (e.g., LastName_Title) before the deadline (12th September).

Please note that we will be strictly adhering to the scheduled times, as a joint Q&A session will follow all presentations in this session.
We ask that you upload your presentation in advance and arrive at least 15 minutes before the session begins, to allow time for setup and coordination with the moderators. On-site, a dedicated speaker preparation room will also be available. Please do not leave this process to the last minute.

POSTER GUIDELINES SUBMISSION
To ensure a smooth and timely upload of your poster to the congress platform, please prepare your final version using the official template, in both PPTX and PDF formats [TEMPLATE PPT], before September 10, 2025.
Once your poster is ready, save it in JPG format and upload it by clicking on Upload Poster.
Please note that all presenters are responsible for uploading their own poster through the online system. To assist you in the process, we have attached the Submission Manual [MANUAL], which contains all necessary instructions and steps.

We kindly ask you to confirm whether you agree to have your abstract and poster published on the IFNS 2025 website and congress app.
